Hello,

Okay, whenever I try to fire any gun at anybody through the green crosshairs, it fires atleast an inch above the person. This does not happen when I have the Sig, and I am zooming in one or two times. Does anybody have any ideas at fixing this problem. I was thinking about reinstalling Half-Life, but then I would be forced to download the 54 mg update, which takes forever. Any ideas? It happens when I am using CS multiplayer on any server.

Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.

Hello,

Everytime I try to install it, it craps out when it reaches the halflife.gcf file. Then I get an I/O error, saying the installation media is corrupted. I've downloaded from numerous sites and have gotten the same problem. I only have CS retail and not Half-Life with the CS mod on top of it. Is this what's causing the failure to install 1.6? I even uninstalled CS retail and tried installing 1.6 with no CS or HL to modify and it happened again.

Any help will be apprecited.

Hello,

I'm having an issue when typing into my D630. I noticed this happening starting yesterday and I can't think of anything that has changed. Essentially, sometimes when I type the cursor will hope around. That is, I'll be typing what I'm typing now and the cursor will magically move to where the mouse is hovering over. This is actually happening while I'm typing here. I've cleaned off my touchpad and I'm at a loss as to what seems to be causing the cursor to hop to where the mouse pointer is. Has anyone experienced this with this laptop? I've tried turning down the sensitivity on the touchpad and that doesn't seem to help.

Any help will be apprecited.

Hello,

The mouse is connected to a laptop USB port. I always plug in my keyboard and mouse into specific USB ports, but about a week ago, I just so happened to switch them around. The USB ports are side by side. So, WinXP reinstalled drivers for my mouse and keyboard. (Why does Windows do this anyways?? Can't it use the same god damn driver for ALL USB ports?!) And since that happened, my mouse settings reset to default, so I had to fidget with the mouse settings to get that exact feel back (Which, im sure, is annoying to many of you). Anyways, while I was fidgeting, i also reinstalled the latest MouseWare driver set and quickly uninstalled it after it reminded me how much system resources it hogged and how little it actually helps me in doing anything. And then I swapped them BACK into their normal USB ports. I can't quite remember when it happened, whether it started after USB switching or after mouse installation. Any help, please? It's really annoying.

Any help will be apprecited.

Hello,

I just installed 1.3.20 from the PPA on my Ubuntu 11.04 64-bit installation. One of the new features is the "Option to clip the mouse inside fullscreen windows". I wonder if this is related to the problem that has now cropped up since 1.3.19. In World of Warcraft when I move my mouse the position resets at constant intervals (~ 2 seconds). (When moving the mouse ever two seconds the camera reverts to the position about two seconds ago.) It's horrible and makes the game unplayable. I compiled 1.3.19 from source and ran the game from the build directory. The issue isn't there and the mouse behaves normally. This is something new that has cropped up in 1.3.20. I've tried checking/unchecking the "Automatically capture the mouse in full-screen windows" in the Graphics tab of Wine configuration but the problem persists. I run World of Warcraft full-screen anyway so I'm not even sure if that setting would apply to me - if I read it correctly isn't a "full-screen window" the same thing as a maximized window?

Any help will be apprecited.
